Kailash Jindal

Kailash Jindal is Co-Chairman of the D.S. Jindal Group, and a son of the group's founder, Late Padma Shri Devi Sahai Jindal. He has spent his working life inside the group's manufacturing businesses, and his contribution has been steadiness: holding to product specifications when it would have been cheaper not to, keeping plants maintained to run for decades rather than seasons, and building trust with dealers and institutional buyers who have stayed with the group across generations. He works alongside the Chairman on capital allocation, capacity planning and the group's long-term commitments, and takes a close interest in the welfare of the people who run the plants. His view of the business is inherited and unchanged — that a group earns its name slowly, one delivered order at a time, and that the founder's standards are not a matter for negotiation.

Arvind Jindal

Arvind Jindal is the Chairman of the D.S. Jindal Group, carrying forward the industrial discipline established by his father, Late Padma Shri Devi Sahai Jindal. Over more than three decades in manufacturing, he has guided the group's pipe and tube businesses through successive cycles of expansion, modernising plants, deepening the dealer network, and holding the group to a standard of product quality that customers can rely on without inspection. His focus has been long-term: building capacity ahead of demand, investing in people who stay for decades, and keeping the balance sheet conservative enough to weather commodity swings. Under his chairmanship the group broadened from steel tubes into PVC and multi-composite plumbing, GFRP rebars, education and group investments, while keeping decision-making close to the shop floor. He remains closely involved in the group's relationships with channel partners and institutional customers across India.

Sahil Jindal

Sahil Jindal is Managing Director of the D.S. Jindal Group, responsible for the group's operating businesses and its newer growth platforms. He leads strategy across the plumbing and construction-materials portfolio, and has driven the group's move into engineered products such as multi-composite and silent polypropylene pipes and glass-fibre reinforced polymer rebars — categories chosen for durability and lifecycle economics rather than volume alone. His work has centred on bringing modern systems into a traditional manufacturing group: structured product development, brand building, distribution depth of over 100 channel partners, and data-led planning across plants. He also oversees the group's investment activity, evaluating opportunities in manufacturing, real assets and technology with a long holding horizon. He represents the group in industry forums on construction materials and infrastructure, and works closely with the leadership of each company.

Pratik Jindal

Pratik Jindal is a Director of the D.S. Jindal Group, working across the group's manufacturing and commercial functions. His focus spans plant operations, sourcing and the commercial side of the pipe, tube and rebar businesses — pricing, dealer development and the service standards that decide whether a channel partner returns. He has been involved in scaling newer categories, in strengthening the group's supply chain for raw materials, and in bringing tighter measurement to production and dispatch so that quality and delivery are both predictable. Alongside the group's third generation, he contributes to how new businesses are evaluated and launched, including the group's stainless steel and mining interests. His approach reflects the family's habit of learning the business from the shop floor upward before setting direction from a desk.

Shreevatsa Jindal

Shreevatsa Jindal is a Director of the D.S. Jindal Group, with responsibility spanning operations, product engineering and new initiatives. He works on the manufacturing side of the group's pipe and rebar businesses — plant efficiency, raw-material sourcing, quality systems and the introduction of new lines — with an emphasis on process rigour and measurable improvement. He has been closely involved in commissioning new capacity and in taking newer product categories from pilot runs to full commercial production, working alongside technical partners and testing laboratories to meet Indian and international standards. Beyond manufacturing, he contributes to the group's education and investment interests, and to the systems that keep nine companies operating to a common standard. His outlook reflects the group's founding belief that durable businesses are built slowly, product by product, and that quality is a commitment rather than a claim.
